London-listed Kape Technologies PLC (LON:KAPE) acquired Intego to help Intego pursue its vision and goals.
Kape is a cybersecurity company developing online security, privacy, and autonomy products.
Kape employs 300 people in offices in London, Tel Aviv, Germany, Romania, and Cyprus.
Founded in 1997, Intego develops cybersecurity and privacy software including malware protection, firewall, anti-spam, backup, and data protection for Macs and iOS devices.
The acquisition will allow Intego to continue developing world-class cybersecurity products and protect millions of devices around the globe.
