Adobe has released a security update to its Flash Player software, and has added some new privacy and security features. The new version of Flash Player includes an auto-update notification, which Mac users did not have previously. Second, users can now manage Flash cookies more easily, at least with Firefox. Chrome and Safari will be added to this feature soon, according to Adobe.
Finally, this release of Flash Player includes fixes for several critical vulnerabilities.
