Google has issued an update to its Chrome web browser, fixing bugs, updating the version of Flash Player included with the browser, and patching seventeen vulnerabilities. All of the vulnerabilities are given “high” risk status. Google has given $10,000 awards to three people who have found bugs in Chrome “over the past few months.” These awards are named “Rockstar,” “Legend” and “Superhero.”
As usual, the Google Chrome browser auto-updates, so users don’t have to worry about downloading a new version.
