Apple has issued an update to firmware for the AirPort Base Station and the Time Capsule, which contains three security fixes. The new firmware, version 7.4.1, involves “unexpected device shutdowns”, denial of service attacks, forged packets and more. Users can update the firmware for their wireless device via AirPort Utility 5.4.1 or later, which can be downloaded here.
