Adobe recently announced that they would issue security updates for the company’s software once every three months. Instead of having us wonder how long they will wait to issue a software update for problems with Acrobat and other software, at least we’ll know in advance. The company issued a notification that the first such update would occur next Tuesday, June 9. Updates will be provided for Adobe Reader and Acrobat versions 7.x, 8.x, and 9.x for Windows and Macintosh, and the company says these are critical updates. Stay tuned; we’ll let you know when the update is available.
