Chrome Browser Update Fixes 23 Vulnerabilities

Google has released a new version of Chrome, reaching the round number 20 (the precise version number is 20.0.1132.43). This release contains the usual bug fixes, but also patches 23 vulnerabilities, none of which are critical.
